When using one of Ruler Analytics CRM Api integrations, we always recommend creating Ruler Analytics related custom fields for us to add your tracking information into to ensure we do not interfere with any currently used fields.
When creating custom fields we would recommend using all 'Text' Type fields with up to a 250 Character limit.
You can find more information about how to create custom fields on your CRMs help documentation, however if you need any assistance on this please contact support.

Recommended API Name
First Click Source
The First/Last session Source
First Click Keyword
The First/Last session Keyword. This field will only be populated where a keyword has been set in the landing page url i.e utm_term
First Click Medium
The First/Last session Medium. This field will only be populated where a medium has been set in the landing page url i.e utm_medium
First Click Campaign
The First/Last session Campaign. This field will only be populated where a Campaign has been set in the landing page url i.e utm_campaign
First Click Landing Page
The First/Last session landing page.
The Google Cookie/Client ID. This value can be used to look up a user in Ruler Analytics and Google Analytics and send any offline events to Google Analytics.
Google Click ID (GCLID) is a parameter passed in the landing page url on your Google Paid Ads.
Microsoft Click ID (MSCKLID) is a parameter passed in the landing page url on your Bing Paid Ads.
Ruler Visitor ID
The Users unique Visitor ID.
Ruler Visitor Link
A URL to the visitors profile within your Ruler Analytics dashboard where you can view their whole journey.
Please note the above fields are used in all our CRM 'Find and Enrich' or 'Create new' integration templates and we would recommend one field created for each first/last click variable listed above.
If you wish to not include or include further values please speak to a member of the support team who can update the built in integration template where necessary.
