How to decide the best Action to choose for your CRM setup?
If you already have a method for creating a new deal in your HubSpot account you will not need to chose a 'create' action. The Find and Update actions will allow you to search your CRM using the 'Deal Name' and a value we have captured from your Forms or Calls such as Email or Phone Number, when a successful match is found, updating the custom fields with the chosen attribution data. It may be worth ensuring deal name is either Company name, Email Address or for Phone Leads the callers Phone Number, so there is a match to what Ruler collects in the dashboard.

What is needed for this Integration?
Once you have decided the variables you wish to map from the lead in Ruler Analytics to your Hubspot account, you will need to ensure you have created these as a custom field in your Lead or Opportunity record in your CRM. More information can be found here.
