Webhook Troubleshooting
If you are using one of the Ruler Analytics webhooks but are having no success with posting your data, there may be an easy fix.
Take a look at some of our most common causes of errors.

Your webhook is missing a required field - Review the post parameters and ensure you have included and populated all the required fields in your webhook

Your post URL is incorrect - Double check you are posting to the right webhook

You have not got the most up to date API key - Ensure the API key you are using matches that generated in Ruler Analytics

If you are posting data to Analytics, ensure bot filtering is turned off in the view you wish to see the events in. Bot filtering will not allow your events to fire to Analytics

If using the opportunity webhook, ensure the stage name you have stated matches exactly the stage you have configured in your Ruler Dashboard. This is case sensitive so much be an identical match to map to the stage in Ruler
