There are few options to feed your Ruler data into NinjaCat

NinjaCat API	Allow Ruler to post events to NinjaCat open API. You will need to provide your ClientId and Client Secret key for Ruler to post data this way. More information on this can be found here.
Google Sheets Import	Ruler can post all new events into a Google Sheets. NinjaCat has a direct Integration with Google Sheets and allows you to upload your data directly from your sheets.
