Data Encryption
Ruler Analytics encrypts data both at rest and in transit, ensuring your data is protected at all times.
Access
Access to your data is limited to role-based authorised members only.
Data Storage
All data is stored in AWS servers in the EU-WEST-2 (London) region.
PII Data - Optional
Our platform processes marketing attribution and customer journey data collected from your website. While we can capture and utilise personally identifiable information (PII), such as email addresses and phone numbers, this is not required to use our solution and we can provide alternative tracking and integration options for organisations that prefer not to collect PII.
Data Retention
Data can be deleted on demand. We offer a standard retention period of 2 years, but this can be discussed and updated per your requirements.
